SMART PLAN GP NETWORK
Discovery Health is advertising to existing customers the option of a new Smart Plan available from 2016. We are expected to give our decision of change of plans before 15 December 2015. However, the call centre has advised me that the information relating to the Smart Plan GP Network will only be available in January 2016. How can you expect us to make decisons if you don't equip us with the relevant information?<br> <br> I've been on hold for 16 minutes, and eventually gave up.
