Smart plan does not have any doctors in it

I went online before and investigated the providers in the network before selecting the smart plan. Once I saw that my doctor was in the network, I also emailed discovery two question one being related to a rule about specialists and the other asking for confirmation that my GP is in the network. They avoided the second question. <br> <br> My wife and I then both got sick and we went to the doctor. Both our claims were rejected as the provider is now not in the network. I have subsequently went on line and looked for a provider that is covered on the smart plan and to my dismay it tells me that there are no providers for 100 KM of my house.<br> <br> The web page gives the following results for General Medical Practitioner in Midrand for 100 Km that is covered:<br> Unfortunately we couldn't find any results for your search criteria.
