smart network plan

I recently changed my medical aid plan to the Smart Plan. The problem is there seems to be no GP network list available anywhere. I tried calling but was put on hold for a long time. No one even bothered to get back to me even though they have my contact details. Why then did Discovery create a plan when clearly they were not ready to launch it. Months of paying subs but no service for it.
