Slow Turn Around Times

Good day,

I have always been impressed with your claims turn around times but it seems your Gap cover turn around times are not as great.

I loaded a claim a few weeks ago and have still not been paid out. The call center staff are great to deal with but cannot give me an answer as to when the funds will be released.

Please can this be resolved ASAP, everything is in order and ready to pay, there is just no release date for the payment.

I cant keep calling all the time to follow up.

I would greatly appreciate an answer on this.
