Slow to refund claims

I have submitted two claims to discovery over the past three weeks to no avail. When I called in I was told my one claim was received but nothing was done about it and the for the other claim the documents were apparently not reflecting anything. I asked the lady to resubmit the first claim and I resubmited the documents for the second claim. I am still waiting for feedback one week later and nothing. Discovery is really slipping up. Very disappointed with the service received.
