SLA never met....

For the second time in as many months, discovery has failed to honor their SLA of 2 to 3 days claim processing. Last month it took discovery 3 weeks to process a claim and im fearing we heading to that 3 week period again this month. I submitted a claim 1 week ago, still no human contact from discovery, only automated responses with no info attached.

I am extremely concerned for future claims as this seem to be not a very simple process to submit a claim for reimbur*****t.

I am also open to hear from Discovery about the way forward to avoid this happening again going forward...

Not a very happy discovery client at this time...
