Skin Cancer treatment unpaid once again!

SHOCKER, fighting with Discovery to pay treatment for skin cancer once again! An endless fight, of pointless back and forth where my medical broker and dermatologist got involved still with no resolve. I had this same fight in 2020, where Discovery eventually paid out. But now, with the same diagnosis, and exact same treatment I have been pushed from pillar to post, and had the same information requested multiple times, just for Discovery not to pay for my skin cancer treatment. Discovery clearly do not have dermatological specialists in their team and even with all the biopsies, and supporting documentation, and letter from dermatologists, I'm getting told Discovery will not pay. At my wits end, as this has been ongoing since October 2022! If Discovery cannot sort this out I will 100% be moving to alternative medical aid!
