Six weeks and still struggling to change Vitality Active Rewards Goal
Unable to get my Vitality Active Rewards goal changed from 1200 to 900. Been struggling since 07 October. Two emails, numerous call centre interactions, all promise it's fixed and the following week i'ts back to 1200!
