Sisepho made my day
Not only was Sisepho very warm and friendly, but he went out of his way to ensure my specialist referal was approved in time for my appointment later today. What this means for me is that I don't have to cancel my appointment and wait for weeks to get another one and then go through the whole authorization process again. Thank you Sisepho,you put most other call centre agents to shame. Give that man a bells!
