Silly Survey and poor follow up!

So the lady who called me, claiming to be the assistant to Karen Sanderson, I am still awaiting your call! If only you were as interested in actual customer satisfaction, and not a nonsensical survey, then I'm sure your rating her could have been better......terrible start to a new relationship.
