Silence from discovery, while I have issues getting my medication

I have emailed discovery over 5 days ago and till today no response at all. Inadequate as usual, no surprise there. Anyway, here's my issue and I'm hoping someone who has the basic knowledge and s****set can actually assist me.

I have been having an issue with my listed chronic medications. For some reason whenever I go to the pharmacy, they keep telling me that according to my discovery profile I can't get the medication. This is apparently because it says that it's too soon to receive the medication. I'm mind boggled by this because I literally go in once a month to collect my medication!
