Sick and tired of people not doing their work.

I got an sms stating that they are suspending my medical aid. When I phoned they told me that I was one month in arrears. How can that be as I CLEARLY stated I want to start paying in January and let payment go off only in January.... Now they want to tell me payment for January had to go off in December? HUH??? That doesn't make sense!!! <br> <br> Secondly why phone me in February if money went off in January already? Why not phone me in January saying that there was no payment made???? I am furious!! Worst part is I need to take my daughter to the doctor on Friday and now can't as Discovery Personnel can't seem to do their jobs!!!
