Sick and tired of Discovery claiming amounts I DO NOT OWE

Received a email from Discovery stating that I owe them money. The first consultant I spoke to last week stated that it was for a claim that was paid out to me AND the provider. This claim was NEVER paid out to me. The consultant I spoke to today insisted that the claim was paid to the provided but also counted towards my self payment gap. HOW COULD IT HAVE COUNTED TOWARDS MY SELF PAYMENT GAP IF IT'S A PRESCRIBED MINIMUM BENEFIT CLAIM ACCORDING TO DISCOVERY'S OWN STATEMENTS?!?! I've gone through my records. I requested that Discovery reprocess this claim and pay the provider for this claim as I had already paid other claims up to the self payment gap limit that were NOT repaid to me. Discovery's website is useless since I cannot clearly see which claims were counted towards the self payment gap. The claims transaction history for the full year is EXTREMELY confusing with conflicting information and is almost impossible for the layman to understand. Discovery has messed up my claims and claim payments frequently throughout this year and I'm SICK AND TIRED of it. Please get a MANAGER to contact me because I DO NOT OWE DISCOVERY A CENT!
