short paid

Hi, I took a medical aid with Discovery , my daughter got sick rushed her to hospital carrying only my medical aid to my primary doctor as confirmed that both me and my daughter are in the medical aid . To my surprise my daughter name did not appear under the prime doctor. i had to rush back home fetch money so I can pay. I claimed the money from Discovery but was only paid half of it with no reason.
