Shoddy application administration

I had to move my daughter from my portfolio into her own policy as she turned 21 recently.<br> <br> It took Discovery a month to give me feedback about her joining the scheme in her own capacity,<br> <br> So for the month of May I was left under the impression there was no cover.<br> <br> In June I finally got notification that she had been accepted as from June.<br> <br> But now Discovery also wants to charge me for the fees in May.<br> <br> This is shoddy and not acceptable.<br> <br> regards<br> <br>
