Shocking service once again from Discovery Health

Shocking service - 2n time this year. I went to Louis Leipoldt Medi clinic - with an emergency. Mediclinic said they could get authorisation as there was an issue with discovery, when I tried to contact Discovery it was after 1pm on the Saturday and the had already left for the weekend. Therefore in the end we had to be transferred and operated on at Tygerberg hospital even though I pay for a flippen expensive medical aid. Now that I am trying to claim for for the xrays taken at Medi Clinic the emergency, doctor & ambulance to transfer to patient to Tygerberg they say my claim is denied. I am strongly looking for a better more reliable medical aid. Discovery is very expensive & useless.
