Shocking service from discovery medical aid

Made payments to discovery on the1st of the month, they still have not picked up my payments and I have been suspended, nobody had the decency to call me, after I had sent proof of payments on at least 5 occasions,

After numerous attempts to make contact with discovery medical aid they have pushed me from pillar to post my medical aid has been suspended it is an urgent matter nobody from discovery medical aid has had the decency to call me to sort out problem

I have requested an email address to forward proof of payments discovery medical aid, do not respond I am absolutely disgusted with this service, I needed urgent treatment today only to be told my medical aid had been suspended, if this condition worsens I will be holding discovery responsible
