Shocking service from Discovery Health.

Discovery Health has questionable business ethics and ill-consideration for its customers.

I received a notification last week that I have been listed by Discovery Health. I proceeded to call Discovery Health as well as their collections departments. Surely if you're going list someone you need to inform them in writing. It's concerning that I had not been advised on amounts owing to them since I have been unemployed, and being listed during [hard] lockdown shows no remorse. I hope Adrian Gore sees how the organisation continues to mistreat us.

I'm generally diligent when it comes to payments and this default will only set me back as I am still looking for a job.

I am more than willing to work for the organisation so that I can pay off the money owing to Discovery Health.
