Shocking service from Discovery

I have been trying to sort out a refund that is due to me since January for a cheque that should be cancelled and it appears that they are incapable of doing this. Now they say they have re-issued a cheque and cancelled it and don't know where the cheque is, I explained a simple way to check ones bank statement to see if the cheque had been cashed and if not they should refund, guess I will have to wait another 10 days to find out that they can't do this either. Very quick to take your money wish they were that quick to refund it.

Discovery prefers to string you along until you give up, well Discovery I am not going to do this and I am going to continue to rate you until you sort out my problem.
