Shocking Service

There was an unauthorised claim on my MSA from a doctor we did not visit. Log it with forensic division. Discovery do not supply any feedback unless I phone them. They claim to have tried and phone me twice. I phoned again and asked the agent to let me know when I can have the money back in my MSA, which she agreed to phone me back. Still waiting.
