Shocking service and payment delivery

I have submitted a Special Payment form with all the unpaid which amounts more than my savings. After complaining to Claims, executive pe, WhatsApp and executive kzn, now executive kzn is stating telephonically and in writing that the finance team will not reimburse me what's left of my savings in full. There are simp y too many excuses from every division within Discovery! I have fought for MY MONEY in MY SAVINGS for weeks. I want my entire savings, otherwise this is theft.

So what is the point in having a savings and special request for is my money that I have contributed? You paid me this year for January. Not or February and March or my own money after I signed a special request form that you agreed that I will be paid out. Excuses. Disgusting!
