Shocking service

Absolutely shocking service from Discovery. Firstly, i have been trying since 25th September to try and get authorisation for my 82year old mother's procedure and I had to phone again today only to be told by the consultant that it has been declined and we are yet to receive the letter from Discovery stating this. Discovery is the worst medical aid.
