Shocking service

I have been a loyal client of Discovery medical for over 11 years but after a 6 month battle and no progress I am hard broken in their poor service. I have literally submit 7 queries and when someone phone they can’t sort the problem out. After a mistake from them to take my payments on my vitality they go and cancel my gym and what is worse after I had to sort the problem out myself they want me to pay another R2000 to be a member of the gym I have been a member for the last 5 years. This is not discovery service.
