Shocking Service

I left my previous employer end of April 2017.They have joined me under Discovery health plans. The beginning of May, i called Disccvery and requested that the plan should be changed to my personal capacity and the consultant that i spoke to to requested that i email my id copy, proof of banking and the change of banking details form. i emailed same on 3 May 2017. To my suprise, i didnt see any debit order going through end of May. I called Discovery again on 5 June and they advised me that the email was sent to unrecogniseable email address and therefore i should pay arrears that are due so that my policy can be reinstated. the payment and proof of payment was done and sent trhrough on 6 June 2017. To my other shocking experience with Discovery Health I called again today (27 June 2017) to find out on when the debit order will go through but was only told that sorry, you have to re-apply because your membership was withdrawn and there is nothing that we can do. You do not fall under group list. I dont mind on re-applying but why wasnt i told in the past 2 months of my follow ups that i have to re-apply rather than that i should make payment and sent through the proof. Discovery I am so disapointed with you and if this is how you treat people because you see that your business has gone big, you suck !!!!!
