Shocking from Discovery Medical aid

I went for a flu vaccine yesterday and it said must come out my day to day , I’m on classic comprehensive package which is the second highest plan . When I called the customer care they said it can only go through wellness if I’m over 65 or have co mobility’s . It’s shocking as I can go for 4 Covid tests but not get a flu vaccine. It’s not my fault that no one has yet procured a Covid vaccine for their members , but in an e-mail from Alan Gore we got on Saturday they are willing to pay for non discovery medical aid members without our concern . She says they work according to WHO guidelines what **** . I was on Medshield and momentum and they paid out of wellness . Thought a flu vaccine would be preventative and safe them in the long run . I’m over discovery medical aid now .
