Shocking feedback

<p>We have a 6 month old baby born pre-mature @ 27 weeks, pediatrician states that the baby is due for Synagis treatment and application gets declined, without one email or phone call from Discovery. Another baby boy however, born on exactly the same day also pre-mature, gets approved and already had his first shot. I am trying to get this resolved through their website channels provided, as well as this medium before I go to the medical counsel. </p>
