Shocking experience
There is no empathy or whatsoever with Discovery. Since I was in an accident my experience with them has been nothing but a sour ride. Staff not willing to assist or look a case based on its merits but they read you a script without any willingness to help. If you ask for a senior or manager you will be placed on hold for over 30 minutes that time this is the company that have a core value to Dazzle clients. This is totally bad for our image

03 Aug 2022, 15:39I eventually got to a life saver Xoliswa Nongalo. She serve with pride and listen to understand not respond. She bend backwards to try get my issue resolved. She live by her promises, from explaining fulfilling her promise to call back and going an extra mile to find solutions. You have at least changed how I feel about my medical aid. Thank you 🙏
