Absolutely unprofessional, with a No Care attitude.

Get passed around to I don’t know how many consultants who can’t answer questions, poor phone lines and the list can go on.

The NIPT department in the maternity benefits is ridiculous with no one to speak with personally.

Only no reply emails with confusing documents with no clear explanations of requirements.

I am very close to searching for another medical aid.

Wouldn’t recommend Discovery to anyone.

I have had enough of this company.
