Shocking Discovery Customer Service

Unfortunately one is the lowest rating. I have never received such shocking customer service as I have from discovery. A simple request such a changing main members and withdrawing a dependent from the scheme has nearly taken me two weeks. Every time I call I speak to a different person who has no idea what is going on and promises to call me back, I’m still waiting for about 5 people to call me back and my issue is still not resolved and I leave for overseas tomorrow. Avoid discovery at all costs, their customer service is absolutely shocking - another day added to the tally of not being called back!
