Shocking call centre experience and Im pregnant :(

Shocking experience!!! I phone the auth dep to auth a caeser section. I was told i have cat C underwriting. None of this was declared or mentioned anywhere on my certificate at inception. No LjPs app**** and no 3 month waiting period. Neither does it imply anything regarding hospitalization a year later. Your call centre was very uninformed. I am 37 weeks pregnant, had 2 babies via Discovery with no problems. I dont need extra stress in my life right now
