Shocking and unvelievable experience with discovery health

I signed up with discovery in January. I had no pre existing conditions when i signed up. It so happened on the 13th of Jan i ended up at my gp with abdimin pain, he refered me to germiston hospital they put me on 4 drips did an x-ray and could find nothing wrong. On the 15th of Jan i had a sonar scan done they discovered i had gallstines, but nothing serious. On the 1st of February discovery took my monthly instalment. Which i received my medical aid certificate stating there were no exclutions. On the 2nd of February i was rushed to waterfall hospital because i had to undergo a life threatening emergency surgery because my gallblader had raptured. Both the dr and hospital admitted me because they saw the certificate. I almost died twice during and after the surgery. I ended up staying in hospital 7 days. 2 days after i leave the hospital i get an email from discovery stating they declined because my dr didnt give a letter. I ask my dr he said he sent them the letter long ago he even gave the ref. When they found out they could no longer use that as an excuse. 3 days later i receive a call from a woman named Lungelo Mvuyane. She asked me what happened and i explained that i did have tummy pain but dr and germiston hospital could find nothing only the scan picked up gallstones but even they thought nothing serious. She basicly threatened that i accept the 12 month exclution. Or have my medical aid cancelled. Which i refused to do because it was not a pre existing condition before i took out my medical aid. I then received an email stating my medical aid was cancelled they never refunded my money and all documentation was wipped clean luckily i have a screen shot of the certicate stating i had no exclutions. Plus under pms they suppose to pay for life threatening emergencies. Instead this woman filed a false report, cancelled my medical aid to hide evidence. I have 3 dr and germiston hospital that this woman is a ****. I have now opened up a case against both her and discovery health with the medical board and if i do not come right i will be opening up a law suit. Everyone i told my story too say they had no right to close your medical aid if its been paid. Medical aid can not refuse any client medical aid and they can not refuse to pay for a life threatening emergency due to pms. This woman first blamed the dr for not submitting his letter which he clearly did, then she threatened me when i did not comply she filed a false report and then cancelled an active paid for medical aid to hide the evidence. Even though i have used discovery most of my life i will never trust them again. They fast to take their monthly payments but don't like paying.
