Shocking admission services.

Poor admissions services. How can you do admissions 2 days prior to being admitted and then come the day to be admitted, admission is still pending??? Please explain??? A major surgery is to be done and we sit for hours waiting for staff to help us on the phone. Ridiculous to say the least! Now needed to pay cash just to get somewhere. Poorest of the poor service. This is disgusting.
