shocked for days

My daughter had blisters on her body and her face. We took my daughter to 3 GP as we saw no results . we opted to take her to the casualty at garden city hospital for some checks . The GP did some checks to see what was wrong. I'm still thinking this is part of the R250 that we paid and discovery will be called as well as per usual. We later get a nice surprise a statement stating that we owe R2000 for Ampaths company that did the tests as Discovery only paid 200 odd rands and wil not pay. We are then told by the discovery consultant that we can send a motivational letter from the doctor and all will be sorted. Oblivious of us we send the letter , what a respond I got, firstly they tell me it was my fault that we had pay that amount because we had to I guess say the GP and tell him No We Need To Confirm With Discovery First If They Will Pay. Wow. Secondly I get told on other communication letter from them that I was the one that chose KEYCARE and we chose that type of medical aid on basis of our low income. WHAT WAS THAT? I seriously can't help but start praying we leave discovery.Maybe they saw that I used to work there hence I was treated like *******, sewage.****ed for days
