Shaun Govender from Discovery lies about having solved Hello Peter complaint

<p>I posted an issue yesterday on Hello Peter about Discovery (Refusal to pay PMB claim during Waiting Period) and got the following copy & paste reply: "We saw your comment and understand your frustration. We are investigating your query and we will contact you shortly."</p> <p>The Discovery agent in question was SHAUN GOVENDER. Shortly after this he copied & pasted this reply: "We have been in touch with you to answer your comments." NOBODY from Discovery had contacted me.</p> <p>Hence....not only does Discovery give poor service - the Discovery agents responsible for sorting out Hello Peter queries lie about having resolved them.</p> <p>The Supervisor of SHAUN GOVENDER is VELOSH NAIDOO. </p> <p>I shall get hold of VELOSH and discuss SHAUN'S salary increase/bonus with him/her.</p>
