Sharks! Steeling people's hard earned money!

After visiting my Dr Who referred me to a specialist in Unitas, I was told by Discovery that I would not be covered there and that they would only pay for hospitals in their network, so I had to move all my appointments to Little Company of Mary as my plan didn't cover Unitas which means I had to pay cash. This is the 1st inconvenience as i had to take a half day at work. Once at the Dr at LCOM I once again had to pay cash for my visit even though that's what a medical aid Is for. I need to have a procedure on Wednesday, and after calling for authorisation I was told that I have to pay in MORE MONEY TO USE THE HOSPITAL FACILITIES! R3400! This Is ridiculous as I was told the medical aid would pay if I came to this hospital! Now I've had to leave everything and cancel the procedure as I don't have that money to pay in!!! That's what a medical aid is for!!! I am highly upset! Iv already had to spend extra money and pay for my own appointments and now this! And I pay over R1000 every month to Discovery! What sharks! I don't know how you sleep at night knowing you're steeling people's hard earned money!!!
