Extract from policy "We will pay the cost of the MRI or CT scan if a specialist has referred you or an accredited trauma GP has referred you for an emergency."

I was in accident and went to emergency, had a head injury with severe concussion that a Trauma GP requested a CT scan...Because the scan did not reveal serious damage Discovery will not pay? How does that make any sense ...A trauma GP at a P1 Netcare Hospital refers you in an emergency ward for a CT scan, however Discovery does not see that as an emergency ?
