Shame on you Discovery KeyCare Plus!
You can only use your chosen GP, with small children you never know when you will need a dr so travelling etc is now an issue. Discovery couldn’t care less about what is needed as long as you pay your premium every month. This is unacceptable. When speaking to a consultant they just say “sorry to have frustrated you with the feedback”?!?!!!
