Shame on you Discovery Health, *****ing your customers

Discovery ethics is really going down the drain. They paid funds over to a doctor erroneously, while I was not a member with them, and then want to blacklist me for their poor work. Shame on you Discovery. You do not honor your accounts but want to ***** customers.
