SHAME ON YOU DISCOVERY

I recently returned from Italy, where I became very sick with bronchitis. I submitted a claim to Discovery, I included EVERYTHING they asked for, my passport details, my entry stamp into Istanbul, my visa for Italy, my airline ticket, I had the Drs letter translated into English, I supp**** everything they asked for. Today I received an email from Discovery saying my claim was rejected as I didn't supply enough detail!!! I have now been on hold waiting for someone to answer my call at Discovery for over 30 minutes, and still no one has answered, they prerecorded message just apologizes for the delay. I pay over R10,000.00 per month for medical aid, and I cannot understand this issue. Surely Discovery can see by my history that I have NEVER submitted an unnecessary claim, SHAME ON YOU DISCOVERY. Please ask someone knowledgeable from the travel insurance office to call me asap on *** to discuss this matter. My membership number is ***. Thank you Roy Gardner
