After many months of pmb applications, appeals, having specialists speak to their clinical panel I am told to send in research articles substantiating ototoxicity of a chemotherapy drug, which I do, I am told to apply for exgratia, which is granted. Supplier was paid for hearing aids and then all retracted and exgratia amount paid which included apparently my msa, allowance for hearing aids and the exgratia amount?? Now they hide behind the lockdown and no one can speak to any one. Poor show - shame on you Discovery
