Shame on you Discovery

I have been waiting more than a month for Discovery to approve much needed occupational therapy for my husband. After initially not receiving feedback from them I had to find out that additional motivation was required from the supplier. Again, after 5 days of waiting for feedback I get the runaround. What is going on Discovery ....you can take the monthly contribution easily but why not approve the much needed therapy? Shame on you. Do not join Discovery!!!!!!
