I trust all is well. To get straight to the point, I was so delighted to have spoken to Shailen Govender today.<br> Discovery as a medical aid, would never be my first choice, to be honest. However having had the privilege of speaking to Mr Govender today, made up somewhat, for lack of using a better word.He was delightful from beginning to end, extremely customer centric. He's tone of voice is so assuring and pleasant.I was so impressed with his vast amount of knowledge on every question I asked. Having knowledge of products, procedures, especially when it comes to medical aid schemes is soooo important to me. As we all know what hassles can occur when you're not informed of what the medical aid covers or not, but this chap really knew what he was talking about :-)With every question he dived deep, and gave me answers to questions I didn't think I needed to know, but only realized how important it was or is to know. That is a true Customer Service Representative.<br> <br> Shailen thank you for giving me a true customer services experience :-)<br> <br> <br>
