Settling unauthorized amounts by Discovery

I just hope hello Peter will be an end of my nightmare with Discovery. Each and every time they have to settle my hospital accounts, i need to get authorizations from doctors or even pay amounts my self based on their terms and conditions. I am really unhappy AT THIS POINT AND IM HOPING THAT I WILL BE ABLE TO CHANGE FROM THIS &*%%#%% MEDICAL AID TO SOMEWHERE BETTER. AFTER 5 YEARS, 5 FULL YEARS OF BEING A LOYAL CLIENT, NO PAYMENTS MISSED, EVEN ADDED MY DAUGHTER, THIS IS THE THANKS I GET. No i am considering better medical aids where customer service is their top priority.
