2 weeks back I called in to be removed on transition as default after I settled my shortfall account with them and they promised to remove me on default and today agin I begged to to be removed at about 12:00 and was told I will be removed in 4 hours till now I am still registered under default by discovery how to I deal with this my membership number is ********** 50
