Settle amount deducted as well as instalment

I moved jobs and the previous job cancelled my medical aid without my knowledge. So I sent discovery an email and informed them that I am not cancelling my membership and will be transferring it to the know job.<br> Then I received a call from Discovery, the agent told me I owe discovery R1800 and they going deduct R300 from my bank account every month for the next 6 months. I told the agent that I never cancelled my medical aid and will continue with my medical aid, when I finish talking, the agent drop the phone in my ear.<br> So got my salary, the medical aid instalment of R2414.00 was deducted from my salary but this morning my bank account was debited by R300 for discovery settlement. I really disgusted about Discovery can do this, especially with the fact that I received confirmation of my medical aid membership confirmation.<br> I want discovery to pay back my money immediately and I would like to pay the settlement instalments and cancel my medical aid, demanding they pay my R2414.00 immediately<br>
