Service suspended due to non payment!

i make manual payments every month before the last day of every month! My due date is the 10th of each month! Every month my medical aid gets suspended even though payment was made for the last 8 months in a row!!! What if any one of my dependents or I need critical care and my medical aid is SUSPENDED! I am paying nearly R 9000 per month and expect better service from the so called leading medical aid in our country!
