service sucks!

ordered medication 12 days back and still haven't received it. called to query and i was advised that the medication was delivered. after explaining i have no knowledge of this and i do not know the person who signed for the medication, i was advised that i would get a call back the next day and the query would be resolved....till today i am still waiting. service is poor on so many levels if it was optional i would really cancel my membership unfortunately im stuck with this rotten service!!!!!
