Service Sucks
Got authorisation from Discovery for a gastroscope and nw sitting in hospital only to be told that the gastrscope cannot be done as i got to wait for an answer from the discovery review team. How frustrating and inconvenient. Someone at discovery... Catch a ****** wakeup.
