SERVICE OF OUTSTANDING QUALITY

Nico Brits will undergo hart surgery on Monday, 19 July 2031 at Sunninghill Hospital. Two days ago he was telephonically informed that he will have to undergo a Covit test today, Saturday, 17 July 2021 at any path lab. When we arrived at Ampath this morning we were advised that to do the test a written request from the Doctor was needed. It being Saterday, none of the specialist doctors were available. We were in a panick, and Nico called Discovery for advice. A very nice lady listened to the problem and asked Nico to hold the line. Within a few minutes she came back and advised that the required form was being sent to Nico. The form was received and the test was done. Unfortunately we do not know who the kind lady at Discovery is. This was exceptional service received from Discovery which solved our problem instantly. Thank you Discovery
