Service is so horrible

Service is so horrible , they don't honour their promises.When you log a call you get an automated email notifying that you will be contacted within three days which doesn't happen.

Yes I have been contacted however I dont think the Consulting Agents does understand my issue, instant they get defensive than being objective hence my issue it is still not resolve. I was told I will be contacted still waiting
